Welcome to MintMileage.com and thank you for not accidentally ending up here while searching for actual mint. We appreciate you either way.

My name is Harsh Tyagi and I have a confession to make. I am a data person who fell hopelessly in love with cars. Not a combination you see every day, kind of like finding a mechanic who quotes Shakespeare. But here we are.

My journey started with a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Exeter, where I spent time learning how to find patterns in data, spot gaps in markets and drink an unreasonable amount of coffee. What I did not expect was that my biggest takeaway from all that analysis would be a very simple and deeply frustrating observation about the used car market. It is, to put it politely, a bit of a mess.

Buyers drowning in suspicious listings. Sellers with genuinely brilliant cars getting buried under an avalanche of questionable ones. And everyone crossing their fingers and hoping for the best. The used car market had somehow become the world's largest game of roulette except nobody told the players.

So I built Mint Mileage. Not because I had loads of funding, a big team or a fancy office but because the platform I was looking for simply did not exist. Every car on Mint Mileage is vetted before it goes live. Low mileage, MOT valid, accident-free, no write-offs and no dodgy histories. Think of us as the bouncer at the door of the used car world. If your car does not meet the standard it does not get in. No hard feelings.

We are here for the buyers who are tired of being burned, the sellers who know their car deserves better and the dealers who want their quality stock to actually stand out. We are not just a marketplace. We are a standard. The Mint Standard.

It is still early days and yes it is currently just me. But the best things usually start small. Amazon started in a garage. Mint Mileage started with a spreadsheet and a very strong opinion about the used car market. We all have our origin stories.
